The only thing stopping me was distractions. I let the excuse of life stop me from creating a beautiful future for my family. My internal fears and limiting beliefs talked me out of my greatness. Don’t let your fear control you. Fear is our imagination. It’s not real.
We can talk ourselves out doing what we need to better ourselves. We do it all the time by making up little stories in our heads and by letting life distract us from doing what really matters. Don’t let our selfishness keep us from helping and saving others. Go out and do what you must do to build your future.
Become the person you want to be. Go out and make it happen.
Time to get started on your life. Whatever it is that you have to offer other people and the world; Get started on it. As the great movie, The Shawshank Redemption reminds us to do: Get Busy Living or Get Busy Dying. You must start doing what you are meant to do.
There you have it. Get out and get working, playing, sharing, and helping others.
Tonight at Toastmasters, I gave a speech on Building Confidence in Speaking. This can used for any speaking, from meetings to a friendly neighbor or someone on your “Chicken List”. We all can be confident.
I admit, it’s weird to post twice in one day, but I had so much happen in my life.
I’m sorry for the gap in new Posts, but with all the sickness combined with moving my Girlfriend down to Kentucky, I’ve not been using my time correctly. And that is part of the motivation of this post. Using Our Time Correctly.
There you have it. Go out and schedule and plan your work so Time will be there for you.
Don’t play small. That’s not helping your or anyone. Your family isn’t better, your friends aren’t growing, your life isn’t shining for others when you play small, when you play average. Play BIG. Go out and live Large and be the light to shine for all to see.
Don’t shrink from your future. Rise up and help others be greater.
