Toastmaster Speech: Building Confidence for Public Speaking

Tonight at Toastmasters, I gave a speech on Building Confidence in Speaking. This can used for any speaking, from meetings to a friendly neighbor or someone on your “Chicken List”. We all can be confident.

I admit, it’s weird to post twice in one day, but I had so much happen in my life.

Fear of Rejection? Making Excuses?

Everyone goes thru a fear of something, but is rejection a valid fear? Are you making excuses that cause you to not perform properly? Check out what I’m talking about and see if you can change?
