Go out and find a Charity to help others and help yourself. The local charity I help is the Butler County Cancer Assistance. They were instrumental in helping my mother and father with her issues and they still step in and help many other in Butler County. Remember, Service to many leads to greatness.Your action cures problems and what better way to cure the ills of our world than to help a charity.

The Mastermind group allows you to meet a variety of people and share ideas to help you expand your area and your potential. Shared ideas multiply your value and gets others’ attention to what you have to offer. I take part in a few Mastermind groups in my area and it’s helped me meet new people from many walks of life and they have ideas that I can use later or can combine with what I have to offer.

We must find people who we can learn from everyday. It’s like bathing, we must do it each day to keep ourselves motivated and focused. Every morning and every night I read or listen to something educational. Who I recommend: Cesar Rodriguez, Ray Higdon, Eric Worre, Matt Morris, Todd Falcone, Les Brown, Zig Ziglar, John Maxwell, Jim Green, and Gregg Layne. These guys are each a resource for daily growth.

I’ve had a tendency to talk without putting my actions in place. I’ve allowed life’s normal ‘change’ to control my decisions and that needs to stop. Time to not fear change, but decide to be more; To decide to act and be what I want. Don’t let others dictate your role in life and act to create the change you want. Create the change you know is needed and wanted. Make your life. Start living.

I just found out a way to control my food intake and still lean down. I’ve increased my muscle while getting rid of the fat. I’m wearing jeans I couldn’t put on last month. The toning and weight loss has been quick and painless. Imagine put on pants you couldn’t get into. Imagine waking up everyday weighing less than yesterday.
