Phase 3 of my Fitness and Weight Loss begins Now. I’m focusing more on the micros of what I’m taking in my diet. I still workout and go to the gym, but remember “Abs are created in the kitchen”. Diet and nutrition is 80-85% of the battle for creating the body and health you desire. So will you join me in Phase 3? I challenge you!

I’m now 20 lbs down from my original 256.6. I’ve been using the Body by Vi Challenge to help eat properly and to get my food intake correct. This plan helps me control my eating and motivates me to follow through. Combined with my fitness goals and working out, this has been a major factor in being in some of the best shape of my life.
